With over a decade of experience in architecture, construction, and real estate, I combine technical expertise with strategic insight to help investors and professionals navigate the complexities of design and development. Trained in the rigorous «old school» methods of architecture and engineering, I’ve worked on projects ranging from high-end residential designs to large-scale developments, always focusing on precision and practicality.
Through High Blueprints, I provide the knowledge and tools to empower real estate professionals to make smarter decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and communicate effectively with architects and builders. My mission is simple: to bridge the gap between design, construction, and real estate success.
Why I Created Design POWER
When I graduated as an architect shortly after 2010, the construction industry was in chaos. The financial crisis had shattered the old ways of working, and I found myself navigating a landscape full of outdated practices and rushed decisions.
Unlike many of my peers, I wasn’t shaped by the bad habits of the real estate boom years. Instead, I honed my skills in technical drawing, construction techniques, and project management—the kind of knowledge that brings real value to any investment.
This program is the culmination of that journey. I’ve distilled my experience usign mixed techinques (analogic and digital tools) into a comprehensive course designed to empower real estate professionals and investors like you to make informed and confident decisions on those actions that could change your business and your life.
